Want to be an Inspector? We are looking to add to your AHI Team!  Send us your info and let us know!  We are currently taking applications for 2 new team members to jump on board with our growing company.

• No experience necessary
• Must be at least 18
• Be willing to complete the Inspector Course and obtain Licensure
• Be friendly, professional, personable and driven to succeed
• Dependability is a must. 
• Hours negotiable once fully trained
• This is an "Intern" type role until you are Licensed/Certified
• Compensation begins once you are outside of your onboarding period 
• Part-time / Full-time negotiable

Already experienced and/or Licensed and looking to join a great team? We would love to hear from you. 

• Must have completed Basic Home Inspector education program
• Have a current WA or OR state Inspector License / Certification (If other states, be willing to obtain a WA or OR license.
• Have Reliable transportation
• Dependability is a must.
• Be friendly, professional, personable and driven to succeed
• Motivated to grow a career and client base along with the company
• May attend periodic Events or Community Networking 
• Open to obtaining additional certifications within a variety of areas that support the role
• Member of NACHI or InterNachi Organizations a plus
• Sewer Scope and HVAC experience a plus
• Hours negotiable 
• Competitive commission structure
